3M is seeking a Plant Engineering General Supervisor for the Critical and Chronic Care Solutions Division located in Brookings, South Dakota. Be part of what’s next! The person hired for the position of Plant Engineering General Supervisor provide leadership and direction to the Brookings Utilities, Facilities, Stockroom, Contracting and Security departments with a focus in the areas of EHS, facility renewal, cost management and project management.

- Leads Utilities, Facilities, Stockroom, Contracting and Security Functions - Implements programs to drive continuous improvement activities to improve reliability, reduce costs and improve the safety and security of the facility - Supports and drives towards EHS and Security excellence

**Basic Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university - Minimum five (5) years of engineering, production or maintenance experience **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in the operation and maintenance of utilities (steam, compressed air, chilled water) equipment - Strong communication skills - Previous supervisory experience
