The person hired for the position of Software Engineer will work in a fast paced Agile environment. You will use your software development skills to develop high scale/resilient products and services and work with seasoned professionals in development, requirements and QA. * Serve as a sr. software engineer for the grouping, editing and reimbursement component team (new/existing) * Deliver on quarterly release goals for assigned components * Engineer/develop components based on specifications from Requirements Analysts * Assist Requirements/Quality Analysts with automation tools and scripts * Perform peer review of assigned components * Perform unit testing on development before delivering to QA * Support product integration * Adopt the SCRUM development methodology

**Basic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and/or minimum of five or more (5+) years of experience in lieu of the education requirement * Minimum of three or more (3+) combined years using C++, C#, .NET, Java or PERL * Minimum of three or more (3+) years of software engineering experience **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science * Minimum of five or more (5+) years of experience as a software engineer * Minimum of five or more (5+) years of experience using C, C#, Java, PERL * Healthcare industry experience
