Electrical Engineer- Jr. Level

Founded in 2003, 3 Phoenix, Inc. (3Pi) is a small business focused on providing technology products and services to the Department of Defense and Industry.

We design hardware, develope algorithms, write firmware and software, integrate and test a wide range of systems providing innovative capabilities for our customers.

The successful candidate will participate in all aspects of the design process inclusive of conceptual design, detailed hardware design, schematic capture, firmware development, debug and test. The candidate must have excellent oral and written skills and work effectively as a team member. The candidate must be a self motivated, self starter, capable of working independently when necessary. When possible, the candidate will follow the project through design and into production.

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field as a minimum
• Experience writing either VHDL or Verilog firmware
• Experience with design, schematic capture, firmware generation and debug
• Experience using Matlab
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills to interact with team members and customers
• Professional minded with the ambition to advance both the product as well as themselves
• Ability to obtain appropriate personnel clearance if required (i.e. U.S. Citizenship required)
