Summary
Under the direct supervision of the CM Manager this position will be primarily responsible for supporting the company’s Source Code Management (SCM) activities.
Responsibilities
* Hands-on experience in customizing SCM tools to reflect a process workflow by creating and maintaining Users, Triggers, User Roles, Notification mechanisms etc.
* A Solid Understanding of CM best practice principles.
* Clear understanding of SW development practices and lifecycles.
* Experience with basic Linux System administration.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with technical project leads, developers, and test team members.
Ideal Candidate
* BS degree in Computer Science, MIS or related or equivalent experience.
* 0 - 5 years direct work experience implementing and administering SCM systems.
* Experience with SCM tools like: Surround SCM, PVCS, ClearCase, CVS, etc.
* Strong attention to details, highly organized.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment.
* Ability to obtain appropriate personnel clearance (i.e. U.S. Citizenship required)
