Client is seeking a Security System Administrator to support the integration of wireless locks into LenelOnGuard. The position will support the client wireless lock initiative at all of its locations across the state of Texas, but primarily the Galveston, League City, and Angleton Danbury campuses.
- All aspects of onboarding wireless locks into the LenelOnGuard security system
- Troubleshooting issues related to the wireless locks from both a user and system standpoint.
- LenelOnGuard system administration including applying system patches, upgrades, and other maintenance
- 1-2 years LenelOnGuard administration experience and/or 1-2 years access control system experience
- Wireless network experience (802.11)
- Wireless lock access control experience a plus
- Basic network experience using TCPIP, Ethernet, switching and routing protocols
- Basic PC and desktop operating system experience
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- SQL database and query experience
- LenelOnguard certification(s) a plus
- Project Management Experience
- Good documentation skills
- Great communicator and customer service skills
- 2 years IS/IT background a plus!
- Ability to work and maintain confidential information
