VP, Program Implementation

This senior leader, reporting to the head of Program Design and Implementation, will develop and manage the tools, resources and processes required to launch all programs, including managing numerous launch teams staffed by cross-functional teams. This will include building out these capabilities in a way that can be meaningfully replicated for efficient and effective implementation moving forward.

* Plan and manage all operational aspects of new program launches * Design and build tools and processes to increase the effectiveness and transparency of the program development and launch * Manage cross-functional launch teams to support each launch (including with L&D for proper training and performance support) * Establish and manage continuous learning and improvement practices to drive the performance and cost effectiveness of each program and launch process * Build the capacity of 2U functions to support launch teams and successfully make the handoff to ongoing operations * Work with existing Regional VP of Operations on projects and best practices that pertain to implementation * Gather and refine all the tool sets required to launch in such a way as to establish a go-forward approach to systematic implementations * Represent 2U in university partner-facing implementation activities where appropriate
