Summary
The Operations Manager, Syracuse University, will be responsible for supporting key operational, project and financial activities on graduate degree programs within Syracuse University.
Responsibilities
* Manage and create workflow, processes and documentation between systems and groups for assigned program(s) * Manage integration of and updates to 2U and University systems (such as Salesforce, PeopleSoft, the applications system, etc.) * Manage cross-functional communications to ensure alignment and buy in between 2U and certain University stakeholders * Collaborate and communicate across various 2U departments and with various University stakeholders * Manage projects, requiring inputs from multiple sources, ensuring the timely completion of work at a very high standard of quality * Ensure capture of key program events, decisions, and outcomes in programs’ knowledge management system * Collaborate with other Syracuse Operations team members to ensure consistency of processes across the University where possible * Manage 2U enhancement projects for assigned system(s) representing the needs of all Syracuse programs * Support the implementation of new University program(s) and /or offering(s)
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree required * 3-5 years of experience in an operations or project management role * Strong project management skills essential * Technical background preferred * Strong analytical and problem solving skills * Excellent computer skills * Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment * Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change
