Summary
Reporting to the Market Research Director, the Market Research Analyst will assist in the development, implementation, analysis, and reporting of market research projects across all 2U programs to develop insights on customer sentiment, customer experience, and trends in the broader education industry.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and report on-going and ad-hoc market research project data that quantify the effectiveness of marketing efforts and program performance across 2U. * Help develop and implement new market research projects to address 2U research needs.
Ideal Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree required; * 1-2 years primary research experience, preferably in higher education. * Experience managing large data-centric projects. * Experience using large databases and data reporting tools. * Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work in complex, collaborative environments. * Knowledge of quantitative analysis techniques. * Ability to find meaningful connections in complex data. * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously. * Ability to make intuitive and thoughtful decisions. * Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change.
