The Corporate Brand Marketing Manager will work with a team to plan, develop and execute marketing programs for 2U corporate brand.
- Working closely with the VP of PR and Brand and the corporate brand team to develop, lead and support a range of marketing programs, assets and plans to grow the 2U corporate brand awareness, value and credibility with a range of stakeholders, including employees, potential employees, university partners, thought leaders, students/potential students, and the general consumer population.
- Management of corporate web site, 2U.com, as well as brand oversight of associated web assets.
- Content strategy and implementation, with emphasis on digital content.
- Special projects to support 2U brand events, intellectual property, content, communications and PR efforts, etc.
- Development of strategies and processes designed to drive efficiency and ensure 2U brand efforts and projects fulfill ROI and other targets, and are completed on time and on budget.
- Development and implementation of monitoring and measurement strategies designed to capture, analyze and communicate performance and success metrics of brand efforts, programs and projects.
- Acting as a brand leader and ambassador to internal and external stakeholders.
- Working on other projects as needed to support the Brand Marketing Team.
- Bachelor's degree required, major in marketing/branding preferred.
- Minimum 4-7 years consumer marketing experience.
- Higher education/education technology experience a plus.
- A self-starter, proactive mindset with strong skills and experience in project management, including creative and digital projects.
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders, including designers, copywriters, UX experts, and project managers, as well as executives and thought leaders.
- Creative, strategic, big picture thinker combined with the ability to execute tactically is ideal.
- Must be highly organized and have great attention to detail.
- Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Positive attitude, intellectually curious, and passionate about branding, marketing and communications as well as the company mission in higher education.
- Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment of constant growth and change.
