UX Designer

**Responsibilities:** - Meet with Executive, Editorial, Marketing, Advertising and Product counterparts to define and scope new solutions - Work with Product to craft solutions that simultaneously serve the needs of the user and the goals of the business - Define and design interactions and interface, in both wireframe and high-fidelity - Partner with Product team to write specification documents for Development team, including specs for working prototypes - Work side-by-side with developers to facilitate the Scrum process

Key Qualifications: - 4+ years of visual and/or interaction design experience - 2-3 years designing user experiences for the web is required - Experience designing web applications and mobile/tablet experiences are a plus. - BA/BS or MA/MS in Graphic Design, Interaction Design or on-the job equivalent experience. - Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills
