Project Coordinator

In this role you will serve as a gate-keeper to all creative and print production projects, and work in partnership with cross-functional project leaders, enabling marketing efforts to be executed. Responsibilities: * Work with project owner to gather necessary information details, job parameters, project objectives, strategy, timelines and budget. * Support and coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives such as window and in-store marketing, direct mail, bouncebacks, proprietary credit services, gift cards, public relations, grand openings, advertising, labels and packaging, HR and corporate materials, field training and incentive projects, etc. * Troubleshoot any potential issues with executing each project and communicate risk to production and creative team leaders. * Open and create job jacket, assign job #, setup project in the project server to facilitate easy access and organization of project files. * Obtain required approvals, articulate any feedback provided to the creative and production teams so that necessary updates can be implemented.

* 1-3 year’s experience working within a project coordinator/administrative coordinator role * Experience within a Creative department is a huge plus * Excel and Word proficiency required * Access, PowerPoint and In-Design proficiency recommended * Time and process management skills
