Digital Design Director

We are the go-to talent source supporting the world’s top teams in Fashion, Retail, Beauty, Marketing, Creative and Interactive.

In this role you will be working closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Writers, Strategists and UX Designers to concept and execute compelling, engaging, user focused, digital experiences across all digital media: web, mobile, app, social media and beyond. This is a temp to perm position.

Responsibilities:

• Working within a collaborative team environment
• Presenting concepts and designs to internal teams and clients
• Mentoring or managing other designers
• Preparing design files for production and development
• Balance creative and conceptual thinking with sensitivity to user-centric design and experience

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience designing in the digital space
• Exceptional user interface designs and concepts
• Deep understanding of typography, color, composition, and structure
• Strong Adobe CS skills
• Understating of HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and tech infrastructure capabilities
• Up-to-date on latest interactive design trends and technologies
• Ability to multi-task, self motivated and work efficiently under pressure
