Summary

We are looking for a superstar Marketing Operations Associate. This person will be responsible for the flawless execution of campaigns for both demand and supply teams at 1stdibs. S/he will own the end-to-end operational flow for email, including setup, audience management, QA, deployment (hitting the big red button), and reporting across multiple email service providers. S/he will also own the process for touch points outside of email, including direct mail, onsite chat, and push notifications. An ideal candidate is detail oriented with a drive for process and passion for problem-solving. S/he can thrive in a cross-functional team environment and loves the fast-pace of a startup.

Responsibilities
  • Learn how to use best-in-class Marketing tools for email, direct mail, onsite chat and more
  • Coordinate with the campaign owners and the retention team to setup, QA, and deploy emails and direct mail initiatives
  • Manage campaigns to appropriate deadlines
  • Report on KPIs across channels, partner with the Analytics team when needed
  • Execute and report on a/b and multivariant tests to drive engagement
  • Manage the process for promotional push notifications and onsite chat
Ideal Candidate

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 1-2 years of managing operational processes (internships count!)
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and juggling different projects
  • Extremely detail oriented & well organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Not a requirement, but a huge plus

  • Passion for marketing, data and learning new technology
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
