Summary

Provides technical support and train users on computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoots hardware and software errors and issues and finds a resolution
  • Resets and unlocks user accounts to allow access to Network applications and resources
  • Monitors servers and branch locations for loss of Network communications utilizing Solarwinds
  • Troubleshoots and maintains V.O.I.P phones
  • Setups projector and laptop for Webinars
  • Notifies users of the Security Policy that is in place and enforce the Policy to adhere to the Network Access Agreement and the IT Security Policy
  • Enters incidents, updates and closes incidents, escalates incidents to higher levels that need to be resolved, documents solutions to these issues
Ideal Candidate
  • Some college preferred. Certifications required: A+

Experience/Skills

  • 2 years of experience in a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of computer hardware
  • Knowledge of operating systems
  • Good analytical skills
  • Self-starter, good organization
