Senior iOS Engineer

The iOS Engineer will help create new features in the consumer iOS app. Including developing animations, custom views, and loading data from the API. iOS developer will maintain and refactor high-quality Swift code and perform code reviews as well as writing unit test and some UI tests.

* Develop new features according to specs while conforming to best practices * Unit test all new code * Provide input on new feature Architecture * Perform Code Reviews

* Must be located in the tri-state area * 2+ years professional iOS development experience * 1+ years professional experience developing in SWIFT * Solid understanding of common design patterns * Unit testing * GIT, Version Control * Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc * Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning * Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services * Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines * Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as Instruments * Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
