Summary
At Trillium, we assist our clients in finding just the right candidates to fit their needs! They are currently seeking a talented Web Analytics Manager to join their team on a full-time salary basis. This person will be repsonsible for increasing the conversion rate of the 40+ e-commerce channels globally. With the recent launch of designed e-commerce stores, there are new traffic patterns that need to be analyzed in order to identify opportunities for increased conversion rate. Due to a very large effort on expanding channels for acquisition and on getting our clients stores optimized for mobiles and tablets, there are many opportunities to grow further their e-commerce channel through optimization.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage Web Analytics across all e-commerce assets * Ensure consistent and efficient tracking across all assets enabling a detailed understanding of: * User experience and journey * raffic sources performance * Visitor profiling * Set up and manage automatic reporting * Build and maintain analytics dashboard * Support with on demand web analytics reporting requests * Analyze web analytics data in order to identify gaps and opportunities to grow e-commerce revenue * Continuously deliver analysis and recommendations to increase traffic, conversions and sales * Regularly report on store analytics, trends, key factors and opportunities for growth * Prioritize optimization requests in order to focus on the largest revenue opportunities considering potential web development resources/technology constraints * Ensure optimization initiatives are implemented, tracked and reviewed post production * Be pro-active in analyzing the e-commerce stores performance and in searching for optimization opportunities * Work on a global level with the Channel Development team in order to identify best optimization opportunities * Collaborate with the development team in order to ensure: * fully functioning and most efficient tracking * the production of optimization developments * Track all initiatives, efforts and report on results
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 5 years' experience in web analytics in an E-commerce environment * Educated to Bachelors/Master's degree or equivalent, ideally in Digital marketing/E-commerce * Experience of web analytics tools (eg Google Analytics, Omniture) is a must * Experience in building efficient analytics dashboard and making recommendations for optimization is essential * Experience of tag manager solutions (eg Google Tag Manager or Tealium) is a benefit * Ability in planning, managing, executing and tracking web programs * Highly motivated in optimizing and delivering on online sales * Able to work to deadlines * Excellent analytical and problem solving skills (can-do approach) * Experience of managing agency and external service providers * Creativity, initiative and drive in presenting new ideas and recommendations for optimization * Fluent in English is essential and other languages are considered an advantage * Team player * Excellent knowledge of MS-Office and expert in Excel and PowerPoint; HTML and CSS ; analytics package
