Search Marketing Specialist

- The Search Marketing Specialist position is an opportunity to work within the marketing team to build, maintain and optimize large-scale paid advertising efforts across multiple platforms and gain experience with advanced industry tools/systems. - Candidates must be highly motivated, detail oriented and ROI centric. - Paid Search: Manage daily execution of paid search efforts including; build out, optimization, testing, budget and ROAS. Develop new strategies for testing, bidding and organization of account structure. - Display Marketing: Create prospecting and remarketing campaigns that grow traffic and increase sales. Monitor key performance metrics and optimize to meet goals. - Social Media: Identify opportunities within social channels, create plans and execute campaigns that achieve channel objectives. - Strategy: Develop online media strategies to optimize the competitive position of all paid media and participate in the effective management of the business plan and surrounding forecasting. - Research: Complete competitive, inventory and industry analysis and provide recommendations to improve programs. - Reporting/Analysis: Analyze performance data from multiple advertising and in-house platforms and provide summaries, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions. - Knowledge: Maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in the management of online paid media. - Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with advertising partners

- Bachelor's degree - Highly motivated with ability to adapt and learn new concepts quickly - Results driven and ROI focused - Strong analytical skills - 1+ years working in B2C ecommerce - 1+ years' experience with online marketing channels (Paid Search, Display, Social Media) - Passionate about sports and live entertainment
